A comforting blend for the colder months, bringing together five herbs with a long history in European herbal traditions: elderflower, lime blossom, meadowsweet, chamomile and raspberry leaf. Elderflower and lime blossom are two of Europe’s classic winter infusions, traditionally enjoyed warm when the weather turns. The taste is refreshing, with a hint of natural sweetness. The blend is prepared by Agrokarpaty in Slovakia.
The Herbs
- Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) – the creamy blossom of the elder, traditionally enjoyed in warming infusions during the colder months.
- Lime Blossom (Tilia cordata) – fragrant, honey-scented linden flowers, traditionally enjoyed as a warming, calming infusion.
- Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) – almond-scented meadow blossoms with a long history in herbal infusions. Please read the Important Information below.
- Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – one of Europe’s most familiar herbal teas, traditionally enjoyed for its gentle, calming character.
- Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) – a traditional European herbal-tea leaf with a mild, gently fruity taste.
Flavour & Character
Delicate, floral and refreshing, with a hint of natural sweetness from elderflower and lime blossom, soft chamomile and a gentle almond note from meadowsweet. Enjoy it warm, with a little honey if you like.
Ingredients

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup.
- Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water.
- Cover and infuse for around 15 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag before removing.
- Enjoy warm.
