Where do your teas come from?

Our teas are made in Slovakia by Agrokarpaty. Agrokarpaty herbal teas are made from plants grown in the clean mountain environment of Slovakia’s High Tatras, and each blend is developed by specialists with long experience in traditional European herbal practice.

Are your teas certified organic?

Some of them. Stinging Nettle, Pot Marigold and Sea Buckthorn & Rosehip are certified organic under EU rules, with the EU organic logo and an SK-BIO code on the pack. If a product page does not say organic, that tea is not certified organic.

Do your teas contain flavourings?

No. The teas are made from natural plant ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours or aromas. Each product page lists every ingredient.

Are the tea bags plastic-free?

Yes. Our tea bags are unbleached, plant-based and plastic-free.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders received by 2pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. We deliver within the UK only. See Shipping & Delivery.

Can I return my order?

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return unopened, sealed packs. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. See Returns & Refunds.
