Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are not currently able to ship outside the UK.
Dispatch times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders received by 2pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon or on Saturday is dispatched on Monday.
Every product page shows whether an item is in stock. Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered, so everything you buy is ready to be packed.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge for your order is calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden fees: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Our herbal teas are zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so no VAT is added to their price.
How we deliver
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver its 48 service within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Delivery times are Royal Mail’s estimates and cannot be guaranteed once your parcel has left us. If your order has not arrived when you expected it, please email us and we will look into it with Royal Mail.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or incorrect, please email [email protected] with your order number and, where possible, a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
