The Herbs
- Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) herb – a fragrant, lemon-scented member of the mint family, traditionally enjoyed as a calming evening infusion.
- Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) herb – adds a light, fresh minty note.
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruit – the aromatic seeds of the fennel plant, with a gentle, sweet aniseed flavour, long used in European family herbal teas.

Ingredients

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup or teapot.
- Pour over 250ml of freshly boiled water.
- Cover and infuse for at least 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- Allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before serving.
- The manufacturer suggests 2–3 cups a day.

For children from 9 months. The manufacturer recommends this tea for children aged 9 months and over. NHS advice is that babies under 6 months should have only breast milk or first infant formula. Before introducing any herbal tea to a child under 12 months, check with your health visitor or GP. Offer it as a small extra drink, not a replacement for milk or water.
Always let the tea cool to a safe drinking temperature before serving. Serve it unsweetened, and never add honey for children under 12 months.
