Ingredients

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup or teapot.
- Pour over 250ml of freshly boiled water.
- Cover and infuse for 5–8 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- Allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before serving.

For children from 9 months. The manufacturer recommends this tea for children aged 9 months and over. NHS advice is that babies under 6 months should have only breast milk or first infant formula. Before introducing any herbal tea to a child under 12 months, check with your health visitor or GP. Offer it as a small extra drink, not a replacement for milk or water.
Always let the tea cool to a safe drinking temperature before serving. Serve it unsweetened, and never add honey for children under 12 months.
This blend contains chamomile and yarrow, members of the daisy family. Avoid it if your child is allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae).
