This loose-leaf version of the traditional blend brings together seven herbs from European herbal traditions: birch leaf, lady’s bedstraw, horsetail, rosehip, knotgrass, heather and goldenrod. They have long been enjoyed as part of traditional daily hydration routines, and loose tea lets you adjust the strength of every cup. The tea is prepared by Agrokarpaty in Slovakia.

- Heather (Calluna vulgaris) herb – the purple-flowered moorland plant, traditionally valued for its soothing character.
- Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) herb – European goldenrod, one of the classic herbs of traditional Central European herbal blends.
Flavour & Character
A mild, grassy and gently astringent infusion, with a light fruity note from rosehip and a hint of floral heather. Best enjoyed without sugar.

How to Prepare
- Place two teaspoons of the blend in a cup or teapot.
- Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water.
- Cover and infuse for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
- The manufacturer suggests 3–5 cups a day, without sugar.

Goldenrod is a member of the daisy family. Avoid it if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae).
