Cyprian 7-herb infusion Herbal Tea is a traditional Central European blend of seven herbs: birch leaf, lady’s bedstraw, horsetail, rosehip, knotgrass, heather and goldenrod. In European herbal traditions these herbs have long been associated with daily hydration and fluid balance routine, and the manufacturer traditionally recommends enjoying the tea unsweetened, several cups through the day. It is prepared by Agrokarpaty in Slovakia.

Flavour & Character
A light, grassy herbal infusion with a gentle astringency, a soft fruity note from rosehip and floral hints of heather and goldenrod. Best enjoyed without sugar.

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup.
- Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water.
- Infuse for 10 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag before removing.
- The manufacturer suggests 3–5 cups a day, without sugar.
