- Blackcurrant leaf (Ribes nigrum) – the fragrant leaves of the blackcurrant bush, a traditional ingredient in European fruit and herbal teas.

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup or teapot.
- Pour over 250ml of freshly boiled water.
- Cover and infuse for 8–10 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- Allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature before serving.

For children from 9 months. The manufacturer recommends this tea for children aged 9 months and over. NHS advice is that babies under 6 months should have only breast milk or first infant formula. Before introducing any herbal tea to a child under 12 months, check with your health visitor or GP. Offer it as a small extra drink, not a replacement for milk or water.
Always let the tea cool to a safe drinking temperature before serving. Serve it unsweetened, and never add honey for children under 12 months.
