A warming blend built around ginger root, brought together with four herbs that have been valued for centuries in European herbal traditions: hyssop, common mallow, meadowsweet and ribwort plantain. Ginger has been enjoyed across Europe for generations as a warming winter spice, and mallow and plantain have traditionally been associated with respiratory wellbeing. The blend is prepared by Agrokarpaty in Slovakia.

- Ginger (Zingiber officinale) root – the main ingredient, a warming, gently spicy root enjoyed in infusions across Europe, especially in the colder months.
- Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) herb – an aromatic herb of the mint family with a long history in European herbal practice.
- Common Mallow (Malva sylvestris) herb – naturally rich in mucilage and traditionally valued for its soft, soothing character.
- Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) herb – an almond-scented meadow plant with a long history in herbal infusions. Please read the Important Information below.
- Ribwort Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) leaf – a familiar meadow herb, traditionally associated with respiratory wellbeing in European herbal traditions.
Flavour & Character
Warming and gently spicy, with ginger leading, softened by mallow and rounded off with a light, aromatic note of hyssop. Enjoy it with a little honey or a slice of lemon.

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup.
- Pour over 250ml of freshly boiled water.
- Infuse for at least 15 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- The manufacturer suggests 1–2 cups a day.

Mallow and plantain are rich in mucilage, which can slow the absorption of medicines taken at the same time. If you take oral medication, leave at least one hour between the medication and a cup of this tea.
