Elixir Fluid Balance Herbal Tea brings together seven herbs used for generations in European herbal traditions: birch leaf, lady’s bedstraw, horsetail, rosehip, knotgrass, heather and goldenrod. In European herbal traditions these herbs have long been associated with daily hydration and fluid balance routine. It is a light, naturally caffeine-free infusion, prepared by Agrokarpaty in eastern Slovakia, and is also sold as Elixir Botanical Herbal Tea.

- Heather (Calluna vulgaris) herb – the purple-flowered moorland plant, traditionally valued for its soothing character.

Flavour & Character
A mild, grassy and gently astringent infusion, with a light fruity note from rosehip and a hint of floral heather. The manufacturer recommends drinking it unsweetened. A slice of lemon works well.

How to Prepare
- Place one tea bag in a cup.
- Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water.
- Infuse for around 10 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag before removing.
- The manufacturer suggests up to three cups a day, preferably unsweetened.
